OUR STORY

About Support Lane

Support Lane was created from the heart, shaped by our own lived experience raising our beautiful daughter, Sienna (ASD, non-verbal, severe intellectual disability, ADHD and Deaf). Through our journey, we saw just how important the right environment and the right support can be. This inspired us to create Support Lane, along with our Support House in Melbourne’s west, which offers a warm and comfortable space for personalised respite and short-term stays.

As parents, we have navigated the NDIS, support coordination, therapy teams, school transitions, challenging moments and incredible milestones. We understand how overwhelming the system can feel, how crucial the right support worker is, and how much genuine care can transform a family’s daily life.

Together with Latham, who brings years of hands-on experience as a support worker and a strong background in personal training, we have built Support Lane with both lived and professional insight. His experience working directly with participants, along with our family’s own journey, shapes the way we train our team and deliver high-quality, participant-focused support.

What began as a personal journey has grown into Support Lane, a dedicated disability support service built on compassion, reliability and real-life understanding. We believe every individual deserves support that helps them feel safe, confident and empowered, and every family deserves the peace of mind that their loved one is cared for with dignity and skill.

At Support Lane, we focus on providing high-quality, relationship-based support that meets each person exactly where they are. Our team is hand-selected for their experience, initiative and commitment to creating positive moments every day. Whether it is community access, in-home support, short-term respite at our Support House or building daily living skills, we tailor everything to each participant’s unique goals and needs.

Our mission is simple:

To create a safe, supportive pathway for people with disability, and to walk it alongside them every step of the way.

Welcome to Support Lane.
Your path to personalised support starts here.
