Essential Requirements
 

Applicants must have:
 

• Minimum 12 months paid experience as a disability support worker

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain immediately)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain immediately)

• Working With Children Check

• First Aid & CPR certification

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Right to work in Australia

Desirable (But Not Essential)
​

• Experience supporting children or young people

• Experience with Autism, Intellectual Disability, or high-support needs

• Confidence implementing behaviour support strategies

• Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or higher)
