Yes. Support Lane provides services aligned with NDIS plans and works closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and plan managers.
We primarily support participants with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD. Support is always assessed on an individual basis to ensure the right fit.
We are based in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, with our Short Term Accommodation (STA) / Respite support house located in Eynesbury.
STA, also known as respite, provides participants with a safe, short-term stay away from home while families and carers take a break. At Support Lane, stays are personalised, engaging, and supported 1:1.
Stays can range from overnight and weekend stays to longer short-term arrangements, depending on availability and participant needs.
Yes. Wherever required, we provide 1:1 personalised support tailored to each participant’s needs, goals, and routines.
Yes. We encourage families and carers to visit and discuss any questions prior to a stay. Transparency and trust are important to us.
